The cozy cottage is located directly on the edge of the forest in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement, which consists exclusively of single-family houses (A-frame). With much love, the house was completely renovated and newly designed. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights. The space The Nurdachhaus is beautifully situated on a plot of approximately 600 square metres right on the edge of the Wand. The ground floor features an open-plan, light-filled living concept. Here you will find the living room with a cosy sofa corner, a smart TV and a pellet stove that provides additional heating for pleasant warmth on cold days. An open-plan, redesigned kitchen area offers every comfort, such as a dishwasher, induction hob, fan oven, fridge, coffee machine (Senseo & filter), etc., and is fully equipped. Due to the hillside location of the house, the very spacious balcony with a gas barbecue and dining area is also on the ground floor. You will also find the new bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, washbasin and toilet on this floor. A small staircase leads to the two individually furnished bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 cm) and are equipped with blackout options and insect screens on the windows. Both bedrooms offer a beautiful view directly onto the adjacent forest. Shopping facilities can be found in after a five-minute drive (Aldi SÜD, EDEKA, REWE, LIDL, Rossmann as well as various bakeries). In the immediately adjacent village of Stadtkyll, there are numerous restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, ice cream parlours and other shops. The entire house and balcony have Wi-Fi with high-speed internet flat rate (approx. 150-200 Mbps/sec.). The modern smart TV can play Netflix, Prime Video, SkyTicket, Disney+, etc. via guests' login. Please note that this is a place where relaxation and recuperation are in the foreground, so bachelor parties or any kind of celebrations are absolutely prohibited.
