The cozy cottage is located directly on the edge of the forest in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement, which consists exclusively of single-family houses (A-frame). With much love, the house was completely renovated and newly designed. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights. The space The single-family house is beautifully located on an approx. 600 sqm property directly on the edge of the wall. The first floor is characterized by an open and light-flooded living concept. Here is the living room with a cozy sofa corner, smart TV and a pellet stove which provides an additional source of heat for cozy warmth on cold days. An open and newly designed kitchen area offers every comfort, such as a dishwasher, induction range, convection oven, fridge, coffee maker, etc. and is fully equipped. Due to the hillside location of the house, the very spacious balcony with gas grill and dining area is also on the first floor. You will also find the new bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink and toilet on this floor. A small staircase leads to the two individually furnished bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and are equipped with blackout options, as well as insect screens on the windows. Both bedrooms offer a beautiful view directly onto the adjacent forest. Shopping can be found within a five-minute drive (ALDI SÜD, EDEKA, REWE, LIDL, Rossmann and various bakeries). In the directly adjacent town of Stadtkyll there are numerous restaurants with indoor and outdoor gastronomy, ice cream cafes and other shops. The entire house and balcony have Wi-Fi with high-speed Internet flat rate (approx. 150-200 Mbit/sec.). The modern smart TV can play Netflix, Prime Video, SkyTicket, Disney+ etc. via guests' login. Please note that this is a place where relaxation and recreation are in the foreground, so bachelor parties or any kind of celebrations are absolutely prohibited. The house is not suitable for people with motor disabilities. Guest access Parking spaces are available free of charge right in front of the house. A staircase leads down to the house. The house is not barrier-free. Other things to note Celebrations are absolutely prohibited.
