McDonalds, Subway, Starbucks & Dino’s Pub is 5 minutes away and we even provide parking. Quiet time is after 10PM please! Our place is next to Lake Washington, Coulon Park, The Landing, SeaTac Airport, Seahawks Training Center & Eastside Rail Corridor Trail. You’ll love the area because of the comfort, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. The space The parking stalls are divided by red stone blocks. Feel free to take one of the available spots. Your room is on the left after entering the house, it has the #1 on the door. This is a family environment. Please note that this room is meant for only one guest, but we do accept one additional guest for a fee. This room is next to Room #2. Guest access 1) Restroom counter has two sinks with a huge mirror. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, moisturizer, and toothpaste is provided. Beneath the right cabinet there is a box with a hair dryer and also spare toilet paper. Bath towels are provided in your room. 2) There is a filtered water dispenser inside the silver two-door fridge on the left side, and ice cubes are in a tray in the bottom freezer. Cups or glasses are located in the cabinet on the left of the silver fridge, on top of the dish drying rack. 3) The restroom is located to the left once you enter the house. After entering the doorway, take a left into the hallway and it'll be the first door on your right. If the door is closed, please knock before entering. The restroom door will have no numbers on it. If you see the numbers 1, 2, or 3 on the doors, you have passed the restroom. 4) The black fridge in the kitchen is for AirBnB guests. There are labeled shelves in the black fridge, one for each room. Try to use a shelf for yourself and if you need more space you can use the mini fridge in the front living room next to the TV. 5) The laundry room can be used, but NOT during 10PM-8AM. Detergent and softener is provided in the white cabinets above washer and dryer. There is also access to a steam iron and ironing board. During your stay We are available for communication by messages, texts, or calls. We also live next door if there is anything urgent.
