Home in Brighton and Hove

Our comfortable home is on the outskirts of Brighton in the pleasant residential area of Hollingbury. The house is backing on to woodland/South Downs National Park and is a great starting point for several walks; Stanmer Park and Woods are only a 20 min walk along the cyclepath/walkway just behind the house along Ditchling Road. Central Brighton is 2 miles from the house and there is easy access via car, bus, bike or on foot. There is free on-street parking. The space Upside-down house! The space consists of three bedrooms on the ground floor - Bedroom one has queen size bed, Bedroom two has a small double which could suit one or two guests with patio doors. Bedroom three has two single beds as bunk beds and one additional single bed in the room. I have listed this as a house that sleeps seven, but this is with two guests in a small double. In some cases it will therefore sleep six. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen table seats six. Large living room is upstairs on first floor with TV. Fabulous views of Hollingbury and Patcham. Distant view of sea. Bedroom two has patio doors leading on to a raised desked area with outside table and chairs, which is also accessible from the kitchen. Garden area partially accessible Bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Guest access All accessible except room off kitchen which will remain locked. Outside shed being used as storage so inaccessible. Other things to note Please note, this is our family home; it is colourful and quirky! If you are looking for a luxurious finish and pristine house then please look elsewhere. The house will be thoroughly cleaned (obviously), but is well lived in and a constant work in progress. We have two children (15 and 12yrs), so we are well set up for family stays in particular.
