Farmhouse with large inner courtyard - near Therme Laa

The vintage farmhouse is great for families or large groups. The house and the immediate surroundings offer numerous opportunities to linger and have fun: .) Outdoor pool .) Thermal bath (Laa) .) Campfire, barbecue, party in the courtyard .) Many bike paths .) Etc. For those interested in culture, it should be mentioned that the house is a good starting point for numerous day trips in Austria or the Czech Republic. (Vienna and Brno are each only an hour's drive away). The space There are two independent apartments, each with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In the courtyard there is a third toilet. The two apartments share the courtyard. Guest access Everything needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay is freely accessible. Only the workshop and part of the basement are locked with a combination lock. However, I can provide insights during the first visit to counteract false assumptions prematurely. :) Other things to note Everything except food is provided. However, I am happy to provide things like coffee, tea, salt, cooking oils and many spices. The settlement of these is made via a free amount at the discretion of the guests. Guest beds are also available. If necessary, up to 15 people can easily stay in the house. There are also tents to possibly stay with children in the garden.
