Sporty, with Laurence we live in Cerelles a small village in Gâtine Tourangelle, 10 minutes from Tours Nord and the A28 motorway exit n°27. Our house is located in a small subdivision. Access to the listing is through a self check-in Parking available around the house. Ideal for a tourist stay in the Loire or Loir valley. Hiking, trail running, mountain biking in the forest 500m from the house. On the ground floor a small kitchen area with a removable table (see photo) and toilet. Upstairs a 160x190 bed with 2 box springs, an office and a bathroom area with shower.
