As the accommodation is part of a family house, if you enjoy children laughing and playing, this is a place for you. We are located in the newly renovated centre of the town. Surrounded by good restaurants (there are more than 5 in Bale alone), parks for children, bike trails, hiking paths, and historical buildings. The Seaside is 9km away and the beach is part of the Mon Perin camp with lots of content for children. Rovinj is 15 minutes drive away (15 km) and Pula is 25 minutes drive (27 km). The space The room is part of the charming traditional stone family house and the entrance is shared. 3 cute smiles will greet you when you come to the house, children ages 13, 9, and 7. The room is on the first floor, up the wooden stairs. Wooden beams on the room's ceiling evoke a natural and historic feel. Inside you can find a comfortable king-sized bed, a table with 2 chairs, a TV, a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Stone and the shade keep the room cool trough the day, and you can adjust the temperature with the AC. Even though we are in the city centre, the area is calm and quiet, you will wake up to the silence and the birds' songs. Guest access When guests arrive, they will be able to park in front of the house to unload the luggage. They can stay 30 min. max. After they have unloaded the luggage, they can park at the free parking lot 200m away from the house. When in the house, guests can freely use their room and freely come and go when they please. The rest of the house is a household and is not available for use unless we reach a different kind of agreement. During your stay I will be glad to show You around the city and show You the way to the seaside. I will be here to answer all of your questions throughout the stay. If I am not at the house I will be available via phone. Other things to note Since the house is close to lots of bike trails, this is a good accommodation for people who like to ride bikes. If You have Your own bicycles, we offer a place to safely store them in our basement free of charge.
