The space The retro caravan is situated on a 13 acre private property overlooking the rolling hills in Drummond North, just 5 mins from Malmsbury. The views are sensational, with sunrises and sunsets to take your breath away. The caravan guests use the unique country style bathroom in the back of the main shed. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave for your use. With cups and plates and basic cutlery. There are tea and coffee provisions in the shed as well. The shed is located 40 metres from the caravan. On the property there is the main mud brick eco house. a tiny house and a studio - these are all let out to guests at various times. Other things to note We are sure to cross paths with you over your stay. Both of us work from the property so there is an opportunity if you wanted to experience Equine therapy or healing with Rachael as part of her business Heart of the Horse. This would need to be pre-arranged to make sure she is available. We run various healing retreats on the property throughout the warmer months of the year. Rachael -.heartofthehorse OPTIONAL EXTRA - INTRODUCTION TO HORSES SESSION For bookings during June-August 2025, there is the option of booking an introduction to horses small group session with Hannah who is the caretaker on the property. The business Heart of the Horse which shares the healing power of horses is run from this property. However over these months it is paused while the owner Rachael is away. If this is of interest to you please send a message with how many people you are wanting it for and and we will let you know if it is available and how much. Usually $50pp for a 90 min session or $80pp for a 2 hour session which can include leading the horses on a bush walk through the forest one kilometre away from the property.
