All rooms are double bedrooms, second lounge room and outdoor alfresco dining area. Located in a quiet residential street in the Dunsborough Lakes only 4 min to town, 6 min to beach with the golf course on your door step. Central location close to a variety of wineries, breweries and family friendly adventures. No Leavers. The space Very spacious and bright open plan home with living room attached to the kitchen. Living room has a large three seater couch, chairs and a smart TV. A brand new wood fire heater just installed ready for wine and those beautiful evenings by the fire place A separate lounge room great for movies located at the front of the house away from the kids bedrooms at the back of the house. This room has a large 7 seater lounge with ottoman and three comfy bean bags. The TV is a 50 inch smart TV with all the streaming app's including Disney Plus. All rooms are large double rooms. Built in robes in 4/5 rooms. The one without a robe has a large tallboy. AC is in the main living room and pedestal fans are in each room. If your not already on the patio having a BBQ a beautiful breeze comes through the house in the afternoon be sure to open up the large double doors in the living room. On those cooler nights turn on the patio heater and relax with a glass of red. Due to the bedroom configuration and open plan nature of the home our home is perfect for 2 families, a family reunion or a weekend away with friends. There is a garage and double driveway for multiple cars. All linen and towels are included in the price. Basic pantry and some clean items are also included to get you started. Strictly no parties or leavers. No more then 3 vehicles and no smoking inside the home. Any neighbor complaints may result in request for early departure with no refund. Check out/ in on public holidays will incur a much higher cleaning fee due to cleaner staffing costs. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. Other things to note Please note all linen and towels are included in the price. The house also comes with power boards, extensions cords, kids table and chairs and outdoor games. You will be need to log in with your own accounts to the streaming apps. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. All high-touch surfaces are sanitized, down to the doorknob Extra cleaning supplies are provided, so you can clean as you stay. Neighboring bedrooms are on the other side of the patio. Please be mindful of noise levels prior to 10pm, if noise is at a disturbing level the owner will be in contact.
