While exterior renovations are ongoing, do not let the exterior deter you. If there is any property issue, please let us know and we will work with the building manager to address the issue promptly. Our goal is to provide you with a safe and comfortable apartment. The building is equipped with gated parking and security cameras so you can rest easy. Pets Allowed: $30/week/pet Guest access Guest have access to the entire apartment except a locked linen closet in the bedroom. Other things to note Utility Bill: We cover the first $75 and charge the guest the remaining amount. This bill is to prevent any excessive electricity and water usage. The monthly bill is typically $50-$75 with moderate AC usage (i.e. thermostat set to less than 70 degrees). The charge is sent to you via Airbnb at the beginning of each month.
