Welcome to our family-owned vacation villa located in the charming beach village of Võsu, Estonia. Our villa offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing you to relax and unwind in the tranquility of nature. With comfortable accommodations, stunning views, and easy access to the beach, our villa is the ideal destination for families, couples, and friends looking to make unforgettable memories together. The space On the first floor, guests can enjoy a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. First floor space opens up directly onto a large terrace with cozy armchairs and a sofa. Meidi Villa comes equipped with several amenities, including WIFI, fridge, stove, kettle, board games, books, bed linen, and towels. Guests will also find a minibar in the kitchen stocked with a selection of snacks and cold drinks, which can be purchased separately. The house has floor heating on both floors, but please keep in mind that there is a rather steep staircase between the floors. Guests can also enjoy the wood-heated sauna for an additional fee of €50/2h, use the charcoal grill with accessories (charcoal not provided), or rent bikes & scooters to explore the beautiful nature around Võsu. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the first floor which includes an open kitchen, living room, bathroom, sauna, and terrace. In addition, you will be able to explore our private garden, where you can visit our charming chicken house and its tenants, as well as our rabbits and pet our cats. During your stay Our top priority is making sure that our guests feel comfortable and have access to all the answers they need. We live on the property and are always available to help and guide our guests when we're at home. And in case we're not, we're always reachable by phone or messages. Other things to note Here are some important guidelines for guests to follow during their stay with us: Please treat the space with care and respect, as we have put significant effort and care into decorating and creating it. Meidi Villa is a peaceful retreat, so partying is not permitted on the premises We are dedicated to proper waste disposal and recycling, so we kindly ask our guests to sort their garbage accordingly. As we operate a small home restaurant (Meidi Kodurestoran) on the property, we would love to provide guests with food and drinks, whether they're craving breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just some pastry. However, we do ask that you pre-order your food. Free street parking is available, and pets are allowed The beach is only a 200m walk away, and many dining options and a bus stop are conveniently located nearby Rental options include bicycles, electric lifts, and SUP boards (2 bicycles/day for €20, 4 electric lifts/hour for €5, and 1 SUP board/day for €20) The surrounding area features a large sandy beach with playgrounds, a port, plenty of summer eateries, diverse hiking trails, and stunning North Estonian beach villages and manors (Palmse, Sagadi, Vihula).
