What makes this Villa so amazing is its incredible lakefront view. The location is a plus since it's in the heart of Miami, very close to the beach. The backyard is spectacular not only because of its proximity to the lake, there’s also a heated pool, chill spots, a dining table, a grill and a Fire Pit. We provide a kayak and two paddle boards to have fun in the lake. The inside of the house is modern and luxurious with the best furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table and more. The space BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake/pool. 2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 3. Bedroom with 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 5. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 6. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
