You will have exclusive access to the property, ensuring privacy and enjoyment during your stay. - Guests will have full access to their rental along with all the appliances and amenities. - To comply with Douglas County VHR Ordinance, we require a photo of your government-issued ID before sending your private door code. Your personal keypad door code will be messaged to you prior to your reservation. For added security, the front door is keypad activated, and your code is deleted after each rental. - During your stay, you'll have access to our one-car attached garage, and parking is also available in front of our condo. For security reasons, we do not provide a garage keycode or opener. However, you can manually open and close the garage door during your stay to ensure your safety, as providing a keycode could compromise property security. - Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 10am-6pm and 24/7 in an emergency. We'll do our best to help make this an enjoyable experience for everyone involved! The owner lives next door and is always available to help with any issues which may arise or provide extensive local Tahoe advice. I generally keep to myself though, and most guests never meet me. I am around if you need help though! You can park directly in front of our condo easily. Includes Apple TV 4K second generation and Samsung TV Plus with 200+ free channels! LOCAL LAWS / HOUSE RULES: Maximum Occupancy is Six People at any point in time. No more than six humans can be on site at any time, this includes infants and children. We are permitted for 2 cars, no more than 2 cars can be on site at any time. Renters must attach Douglas County VHR parking pass to their rear view mirror in their car at any point in time or they may receive a $500 ticket. Quiet hours are 9 pm until 8 am, and will be strictly enforced. Douglas County VHR Permit #DSTR0988 We are required to obtain the Renter's Driver's License or government issued ID. Renters must be 25 years or older. We do not make these rules, guys. We are a fully permitted Vacation Home Rental in Douglas County and are legally obligated to abide by the above rules. You will be evicted from the property with no refund if you can't follow the above rules. Sorry! WINTER ACCESS!!! Lake Tahoe is subject to TONS of snow in the winter. You will want to bring a 4WD (FOUR WHEEL DRIVE) vehicle to Tahoe in the winter! Otherwise you will have a very hard time dealing with having to chain up your tires for most of the places you will need to drive. Our property is located directly off of Kingsbury Grade and we have a good snow removal situation. But there is a very small uphill to get out of our driveway. You will really want to have an ALL WHEEL DRIVE OR 4WD vehicle to safely get out of our driveway or to get around Lake Tahoe in the winter all all. Fair warning :)
