The space In the common areas there are soccer, basketball, volleyball, aquazone, and children's playgrounds. The house has 2 floors or levels. The ground floor has a living room-kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and a small service patio. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The entire accommodation has Wi-Fi, the living room has cable TV and a ceiling fan, the kitchen has the basics and essentials to prepare food, the dining room has 6 chairs. Bedroom 1 ground floor: has 1 double bed (2 people), ceiling fan and evaporative cooler, 55" smart TV Bedroom 2 upper floor: has 1 double bed and a double kangaroo bed (3 people), air conditioning with cuby smart system, 65" smart TV Bedroom 3 upper floor: has 1 bunk bed (4 people), in the upper part it has a single mattress, in the middle part a double mattress and in the lower part a single mattress, air conditioning with cuby smart system, 50" smart TV At the entrance of the house there is a surveillance camera for added security. Service patio: it has a small laundry room and boiler. Guest access Guests can access the following areas: SPORTS COURTS AND CHILDREN'S GAMES. AQUAZONE: It only works on weekends, that is, Saturdays and Sundays both days at 2 specific times that are from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. It also works on some Easter and holiday days. THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL Other things to note The location is approximately 5 km from Jardines México and 1.2 km from the Tequesquitengo lake circuit, the nearest store is an Oxxo that is approximately 1.1 km from the subdivision. THE STAY IS DELIVERED CLEAN AND SANITIZED, HAVE THE SAFETY AND TRANQUILITY OF BEING IN A PLACE WITH THOSE CHARACTERISTICS. We do not charge a cleaning fee!!! And our cost is low and competitive so it is very important that, in case of booking, it is for the people who will be in the room, since access will not be given to all the bedrooms unless it is warranted by the number of guests, just as if the reservation is made for fewer people than will enter the accommodation, you will have to pay $100 per additional person and depending on the number of people the rooms will be open (this is because the cost of cleaning and washing goes up), example: if the reservation is for 5 only bedroom 1 and 2 will be open.
