The unit has a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed so that you don't need to buy water for drinking. One of the highlights is our proximity to three SM malls, catering to all your shopping desires. Puregold, a nearby supermarket, adds to the convenience, allowing you to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Traveling via NAIA airport? Our condo's central location ensures a hassle-free commute. No need to worry about missing flights; the airport is just a short drive away. Unwind in the living area, equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Step onto the balcony for fresh air and views of the surroundings. We prioritize your comfort with amenities like high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a well-maintained bathroom with hot water. Guest access Guest can also enjoy and the lounge seating at the lobby and at the roof deck of Marantina building. Other things to note Pool Use: Allowed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays except holidays. There is a fee of 200PHP/person/day and it is open 6am - 9pm. Long term guests (30 days or longer). Pool is free for 6 registered people. It is open daily except Thursday due to cleaning. If you need parking there is a charge of 300PHP per day or 20 PHP per hour.
