A 50m² apartment, living room, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor parking, to welcome you! The space Our space was designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 (three) people. Loft structure: Bedroom: double bed, a single bed and air conditioning Living room: comfortable sofa bed (D28 mattress) Bathroom: electric shower Laundry: sink, washing machine and clothesline Compact kitchen: fridge and 1-burner electric stove (simple use) 👉 The kitchen is designed for quick and light preparations, such as heating water, coffee, tea or simple meals (e.g. instant noodles). This is not a full kitchen. Complete bed and bath linens will be provided, according to the number of guests. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own. Guest access Experience the life of locals. Staying with us provides autonomy, privacy and good memories, in a quiet and well-located environment, in the tourist corridor of Foz do Iguaçu. We have common living areas and a large courtyard, where the parking lot is located. Other things to note Family atmosphere, quiet and cozy, ideal for those seeking rest and quiet. The property is located on a plot of land with another apartment, so the patio and parking lot are common areas, shared respectfully between guests. We are available to assist whenever necessary, with service mainly via messages, always respecting the privacy of guests.
