RV Trailer Sleeps 4 adults for Eclipse

Offering a Jayco tent trailer for rent in our campground area 1 for the Aug 18-22 timeframe. Located in a dusted dirt field we've alleviated most fire danger, however it will be a dusty place to be. The space This offering comes with the Tent trailer for up to 4 adults and 4 small children. Do not count children or infants in reservation please. Only adults. Older children will be provided a tent you may set up for their use. Bedding will be supplied for the tent trailer occupants. 10 gal propane will be provided. Lights are on battery, please use sparingly. Additional adults in site will be an extra $100 each. A porta potty will be provided for use. A curtain is factory installed for couples' privacy so this is two separate spaces for sleeping. A shade/screen porch/awning will be set up along with an indoor/outdoor carpet to help keep the Trailer and yourselves cleaner. A shower ticket will be included for each paid person for at least once during your stay. More is dependent on water availability. Kitchen, stove, cookware, etc included. BBQ vendors on site. Games offered on a self driven basis in common area and Trailer will have a few small games included for your use. Any items removed, lost or broken will be part of deposit claim. Damage will come from deposit. Tell us about damage you cause so we can address it immediately- as needed. Other things to note Pets welcome. You must clean up after them, walk in designated areas and they are not allowed inside the trailer unless kenneled. There will be good shade for you all due to the awning/porch. Ice and cooler can be supplied on request.
