Permit number: 23-009 Guest access When you visit our rental you will have a private living room, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with stand up shower, and Master bedroom with a queen bed. There is a shared laundry room adjacent to the master bedroom with a deadbolt between the master and laundry to ensure guest comfort and safety. Other things to note -During Summer Months a portable AC is provided in the bedroom! -Parking for this unit is public ‘street parking'. We provide a parking permit which will allow guests to leave there vehicle parked on the street for the duration of their stay! The driveway in front of the house can be used for unloading and loading but is associated with the neighboring rental. If private parking is important to your vacation experience, we offer two other similar rentals with private parking at the same location. -If you have a larger party, we also have two adjacent 1-bedroom units, contact us for details.
