We offer a cozy, convenient stay for vacationers, professionals, nurses, teachers, professors, etc. The studio has easy access to grocery stores, strip malls, parks, and is a quarter mile from Bristol Hospital. There is free parking, kitchen, bathroom, coffee, cooking utensils, central heat/AC, free WiFi, and a 2-in-1 combo washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs! The space The studio is about 800 sq. ft, and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The living room/sleeping area has a queen bed that sleeps two people very comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with towels, soaps, 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner and body lotion. The WiFi is very high 1gig speeds (which is ~900mbps) The gas heat will keep you warm in the winter, and the central AC will keep you cool in the summer. The kitchen offers the essentials: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and coffee bar with Keurig and K-Cups. It also includes a 2-in-1 combo washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. We have a dedicated workspace for those working remotely. This comes with a comfortable desk, lamp and small drawer, with accessible plugs for laptops, phones, etc. Guest access Guests are able to access all parts of the property as the entire space is available to them. Other things to note Parking is free, and the parking lot can be found in the back of the building. You can also park across the street, just make sure you park before the "No Parking" signs.
