Waterfront home w/ private dock -Moovalya Keys

Escape to our serene riverfront retreat! Situated in the scenic Moovalya Keys gated community, our home features a private dock and canal that connects to the Colorado River and the vibrant Parker Strip. Unwind on the spacious deck, float in the canal, or head out to enjoy wakeboarding and tubing. We bought this home in 2020, fully renovated it, and are excited to share a space filled with joy and family memories. The space Our home features three bedrooms, including a spacious master, and two bathrooms. Enjoy Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and HBO Max during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with a toaster, blender, crockpot, pots, pans, measuring cups, and more. We provide both a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig with a starter pack of K-cups. For families, we offer a high chair, baby gate, pack and play, beach towels, games, and books. You’ll also have access to our washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. There’s room for four vehicles on our dirt driveway, plus an extra parking pass for trailers or additional vehicles in community lots. Please note that we maintain and clean our deck area thoroughly before every guest, but because we are on the water, webs do form quickly. Our HOA requires every reservation to submit a Tenant Information Sheet with names of guests, as well as license plate numbers for vehicles, boats and trailers. The document must also be signed via Docusign to acknowledge HOA rules. (Host will provide information once your reservation is confirmed) Guest access Everywhere except for the garage, under deck storage and closet in first bedroom. Other things to note A tenant rental sheet is required to be filled out for each stay, including names of all guests staying, and license plate numbers of vehicles. Please submit within 1 week after booking, or you may be subject to cancellation of your booking. (host will email it to you after your booking is confirmed) $50 will be charged if barbecue is not cleaned after use. Charges will apply for any stains to bed linens that cannot be removed. Please respect our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Please keep music/conversations to a reasonable level. If we receive a noise complaint, we will give a warning before possible cancellation of the reservation without a refund and removal of guests from the property.
