Other things to note 🚇 Transportation - The 90 Bus stop is conveniently located just in front of the building. - Vendôme Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away. - Downtown Montreal and the airport are both about 12–15 minutes away by car. 🕓 Early Check-in & Late Check-out - Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Please note that we are unable to honor the check-in and check-out time selected on Airbnb at the time of booking, as we need to coordinate our cleaning schedule accordingly. - If you would like to request an earlier check-in or a later check-out, kindly notify us in advance so we can check availability and make the necessary arrangements. - An additional fee of CAD 10 per hour may apply. 🧺 Housekeeping - Please note that this is a private apartment rather than a hotel. - Daily housekeeping is not included, though additional cleaning may be arranged for an extra fee. 🚭 Smoking Policy - This is a strictly non-smoking and no-party property. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building or on the rooftop terrace, as it may trigger the smoke alarm. - Should you wish to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so outside the building only. - A $300 fine will apply if smoke odor is detected in the unit after check-out. 🛏️ Extra/Sofa Bed, Crib and High Chair - Should you require an extra/sofa bed, crib and/or high chair, please let us know in advance so we may prepare it for your arrival. 🧳 Personal Belongings - Before departure, we kindly ask that you check the apartment carefully to ensure no personal belongings are left behind. - If any items need to be returned, a $50 handling fee will apply. - Guests are responsible for arranging the courier service and providing the shipping label. 📅 Extending Your Stay - If you wish to extend your stay, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before check-out so we may adjust our schedule accordingly and help avoid additional rescheduling fees.
