The large windows in the generous living room, dining area, and kitchen have ocean views throughout. Close to Newport, Point Judith Lighthouse, shore restaurants, nature hikes, charter fishing, the famous wall promenade at the Pier, and much more in this shore vacation paradise. A unique aspect of Summer Breeze II is the degree to which it can accommodate guests with limited mobility. While not 100% ADA outfitted, this house was built with an elevator and handicap measurement guidelines in mind (extra wide doors and halls, decks at the same level of the interior floors and an elevator).
