The living area is furnished with a double bed, carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens. You'll also find a table for two and a television. A closet is available for storing your belongings, making you feel right at home. The kitchen includes all the essential utensils for preparing meals. A washing machine is also available. The second room of the house includes a comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed, perfect for a child. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
