The space The accommodation occupies two floors. The open beamed farmhouse kitchen, family bathroom with a full suite and separate shower, and a double bedroom, are on the ground floor, along with a separate utility room that leads to the private garden and patio. Upstairs is a large, comfortable lounge that benefits from fabulous sunset views across the meadows to Fowey and on to the distant horizon. The upstairs double and single bedrooms have views over the mature gardens. Guest access The manor barn shares an open driveway with the main house that is visible from the road. Parking is provided for two medium sized cars. There is a private, secluded garden to the rear of the property. Other things to note The nearest shops, cafes and pubs are in the charming harbourside village of Polruan, which is a 10-minute walk or a very short drive away. From Polruan, the passenger ferry leads to Fowey, famously one of the most picturesque harbours in the world.
