Our "little one" is a very big one inside! Our apartment was completely renovated in 2023. "Bordeaux" is the concept of the apartment - airy and light. Soft natural tones with subtle accents in shades of blue and dark red are a tribute to the French region and convey a Mediterranean feeling. Floor-to-ceiling light elements conjure up a feeling of spaciousness and reveal the view of the neighboring graduation walls. The space With a lot of innovation, extensive barrier poverty was created without at the same time foregoing a fully-fledged equipment with feel-good character. Radiant white with soft, colored accents create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests in a double bed and also has a pantry kitchen. The apartment is senior-friendly and barrier-free. The interior largely takes into account the special requirements of people with disabilities and offers seniors functions that make everyday life easier. Whether underfloor heating, switchable sockets, a roll-under sink with handles or a standing aid in the toilet area - our effort is to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access The apartment has its own patio with barrier-free access. In addition, there is an outdoor area on the property with additional seating, which is freely available for our guests. You also have access to the shared utility room (not barrier-free). This is available to all our holiday guests and has a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Our Villa Pauline is a pretty "old girl". Built in 1925, it has now been built for many decades. This creates a wonderful old-build charm, but unfortunately also comes with a few requirements. Despite all modernization measures, soundproofing cannot be produced as in a new building. We ask you to pay attention to this when booking. On our farm is our vinotheque of the same name with outdoor area. Please note that from March 27 to May 15, Construction work on the railway line will take place in 2026. There may be some noise nuisance here.
