Guest access You will have privet access to 1-2 bedrooms with your own sofa in your bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. Large kitchen with dishwasher, Moka pot (Italian style stove-top coffee maker), dining room & work space. BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in one bedroom, with the possibility of up to 5 guests. *** the beds are 190cm long*** There is one Chicco baby bed available with mattress 120x60cm Please bring your own baby bedding. The white bedroom can be made completely dark with shutters, the dark painted room’s windows can be shuttered except for the skylight. Guest access: -Backyard (shared with me) -Patio & outdoor eating area (shared with me) -Outdoor wood-fired grill (shared with me) Other things to note -The dark maroon bedroom is my artist studio with a North facing skylight -All PAINTINGS in the apartment were painted by me, if you are interested in purchasing art work or would like more information upon request. -LAUNDRY, the washer is in your private bathroom. -I live in a quiet area so no need to worry about noisy neighbours. -TRAIN STATION: is very quiet, only 2 small trains an hour stop. -SOLAR: I have solar panels on my roof -1 minute walk away from the train station. (though the station is quiet) -PARKING on location, room enough for 4+ vehicles -HIGHWAY close by, though quiet, access is ca. 2 min drive away. -AIRPORTS: Easy to get here from both Basel and Zurich AIRPORT, only ca. 1h-1.5h train ride or a ca. 30-50min drive. -TRAIN PASSES: If you wish to get a DAY PASS for the local TRAIN/BUS/TRAM for unlimited use between Eiken and BASEL area (TNW Tageskarte), there are also 1 week -1 month passes with better deals and can be bought at the ticket machine at the Eiken train station. -TRAIN TICKET MACHINE has English, French, Italian, German language options. -NIGHTLIFE: If you are a late night party person that likes CITY NIGHT LIFE then my location is not for you, there are limited trains returning at night from Zurich and Basel, check out the SBB website for train times. *** the beds are 190cm long*** LONG-TERM RENTAL NOTICE:  If you are staying for 3 weeks or more, please be aware of the following conditions. - responsible for getting your own trash bags (they have an extra fee/bag tag and can be bought at the local supermarket Volg, you request them from an employee) and putting out your trash - Recycling
