I sublet my personal apartment above the Canal Saint-Martin, with a magical view of all of Paris: Sacré-Cœur, Eiffel Tower... memorable sunsets and unique moments in perspective! Its location is ideal for enjoying the city: great bars & restaurants in the neighborhood, several metro lines (2, 5, 7) and bike stations nearby, Buttes-Chaumont park 10 min walk... Apartment for couples or single people. The space 2-room apartment with lots of charm. Here, no soulless Airbnb: you are in my home, and I therefore ask you to take care of my belongings (which remain in the apartment and which I ask you not to touch) and to respect my neighbors. That being said, you can enjoy the apartment and its facilities (equipped kitchen, video projector...) as if it were your own home! Facing west/southwest, on the 8th floor and above the canal, the view is truly exceptional and the sunsets are breathtaking. It's a little love nest, overlooking the city and unobstructed. Facing the fire station and not far from a very nice bar/concert hall (the Point Ephémère), I warn you: it can sometimes be a bit noisy. It can be a little hot in summer but I have a quiet fan available. Guest access I'll leave you my apartment for you alone, handing you the keys in person (or possibility to arrange other means). The building is secured by an entry code + a door to be opened with a key + surveillance cameras. Other things to note The bedroom is only separated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain.
