The house is equidistant between Lecce and Brindisi and just 20 minutes from the beautiful coasts of the Ionian Sea. We are located in the Terre del Negramaro, home of excellent wines. Guest access Due to maintenance work, the second room will be closed; therefore, reservations for 3 people will be accommodated in a single room, consisting of a double bed and a single bed. If the reservation includes two guests, access to the second bedroom is not allowed and vice versa if the reservation includes three, the double room will be closed. To open both rooms, you'll need to pay a surcharge. The reservation includes the exclusive use of the entire house, only the room not needed for the reservation will be closed.
