Not to mention we have FAST FIBER internet so work and zoom calls will be a breeze. Unplug or plug in, you choose! The space This is a one bedroom (lofted, upstairs) open floor plan modern dwelling. Lots of space for activities. A modest kitchen with a 2 burner gas stove, full apartment sized fridge, big ol' sink and kitchen island for food prep. A TV (projector) is in the works but not installed yet. Enjoy the brand-new bathroom with custom walnut vanity. Provided: - travel sized hair dryer - Phillips sonicare toothbrush charger - turkish towels for the river - wash cloths - oil for cooking *note there is no cell service here - in the off chance we lose power. We rely on Wifi for communication. Guest access You have access to the dwelling and the immediate space surrounding it. The patio and the "backyard" behind the house. Please do not walk around the property, as I live at the top portion and enjoy my privacy. Thank you in advance! There is a split unit upstairs that heats and has air conditioning. However downstairs the only heat is a wood stove. In the summer, the space stays nice and cool without issue. In the in between months, it can air on the side of chilly. The garage door is going to be replaced in the late fall as well as the fireplace with a more modern, efficient one. This bnb is still a work in progress. A privacy fence is being built but is not up yet. The neighbors are visible (you can see in the listing photos). All in all it feels private but you will see cars driving in and out up to the main house if you are out on the patio.
