Kick your feet up in our 900 sq ft open concept living space or on the deck with a seating area and gas grill. Two bedrooms - 1Q, 1K Sleep Number - are fully furnished with linens, full-length mirrors and smart TVs. A queen size air mattress is also provided. Hi-speed, secure WiFi is available throughout the condo. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen and a large eat-in counter. We provide S&P, cooking spray and oil. The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, TP, tissues & hand soap. A pack n play is also provided for the kiddos. NO PETS ALLOWED! Guests have full access to the condo during their stay. One dedicated parking space is available. Guests will be given a four digit code prior to their stay to access the electronic door lock at the condo. There is coin operated laundry on each floor of the condo and complementary detergent can be found in the entry closet of our unit. A grocery store and gas station are within walking distance. Our condo is a third floor unit with no elevator. There is one dedicated parking space near a walking ramp that leads to the second floor. If using the ramp, there is only one set of stairs to climb. Smoking is permitted on the patio with table and chairs just off the walking ramp. No smoking is allowed on the private deck attached to the condo. Trailer parking on city streets or city parking lots is not allowed, except for the short period for off-loading and on-loading of vehicles, supplies, or equipment.
