Access to 2 houses located next to each other with 2 beds in one house & 3 beds in the other, each with its own living room & kitchen areas. The double story townhouses comes with 3x off-street parking, & AC every room. Tea, coffee, & a fully equipped kitchen is provided. We hope you enjoy your stay. The space Heart of Sunshine stay is a self-catering accommodation with close proximity to Sunshine Train Station, Sunshine Leisure Centre, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Marketplace, bus, parks, schools and free Wi-Fi. Access to 2 units located next to each other with 2 beds in one unit & 3 beds in the other, each with its own living room & kitchen. A brightly lit bedrooms contain BIR, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Each room contains air-conditioning, a modern kitchen, a dining and living area, and guests can also relax in the private courtyard in one unit and a balcony in the other. The space: The space is great for a staycation whether its temporary work relocation, work-from-home alternative or for families. Linen, bath/hand towels will be provided. One bath towel per guest booked. • Basic (starters): tea/coffee, and sugar. Please check amenities section for what's provided at the property. • Basic pantry items: salt, pepper and cooking oil. • We are strict in the number of guest(s) checking-in to be match number of guest(s) booked. Please do confirm beforehand or at the time of booking. • Only use the number of beds associated with the number of people on the booking. We will cancel your reservation instantly with no refund offered. Sunshine, is one of the major suburb in Melbourne's west and it is about 12 km from the CBD. It is known for its transport hub, multicultural community, shopping... Whether it's your first time in Melbourne, temp/ long-term stay, it's a great suburb to by-pass/stay. Please do some research on your trip before arriving or during at the property. Keep in mind that the property is located in a quiet residential area. Even though it is a residential area, the property is very close to two shopping malls/centres, restaurants and cafes which are all walkable distances. Public Transports are close by, ranging from 3 minutes walk to 15 minutes walk (buses and a train station.
