Rental unit in Anchorage

Bottom unit(left:unit 1)of the multi-home. *Not recommended for a long period of stays* 13minutes drive to the airport. 10 minutes drive to downtown. 5 minutes drive to Dimond center. *No smoking any kind:weed,tobaccos,vaping around/in the property that may cause eviction/fine •No music/party/unregistered guests without the host’s approval any time during the day ($150/pp/per day) *PLEASE be mindful for other tenants* Garbage: Pleaseleave it in the dumpster on the right side of parking lot The space Heart of Anchorage is located on the left bottom unit of the property that obtains 2br/1ba **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING OR RISK ADDITIONAL CHARGES **Keep the the blue main entrance locked after enter** •Your unit is sharing walls/ceiling with other tenants in the building so may hear other tenants in the building(have ear noise cancelling aids) •A security cameras in use on the public hallway ceiling (Not inside the unit) and one in the laundry room This unit DOES not allow any pets ($150/per pet/per day) Fine/eviction may apply •Pet needs to be leashed all the time and should be kennel trained. (Fine may apply:$150~) •Pets are not allowed on any furnitures and should not be left alone in the unit.( Fines may apply:$80/day) Using one tank for the entire building can cause luke -warm water temperature. Please wait for few more minutes to use if that’s the case. •NO foods allowed on the couch & beddings($40-$100/per couch and bedding) ****Check out time is anytime till BEFORE 11am**** Early& Late check in/out fee may apply unless inform the host ahead of time( No same day& last minute request on the check-in&out day) ($60/pp/from 11:01-every 30mins) we may be able to store your stuff for a short time. Guest access •Turn the main entrance door all the way to the (left)to unlock after punching 8888 •Do not wander around out of the unit without a clothes.(fines may apply) •W/D are on your left hand side out of your unit: Please help yourself with your own detergents and dryer sheets🙂(9am-8pm) ($30/every 30mins before & after the hours)(&10/per scoop) Do not dig into the owner’s drawer/shelf in the laundry room or anywhere in the building.(fine starts $50~) DO NOT park your vehicle on the front yard even during the winter time($100-) You may hear traffic and vehicles and constructions during your stay Other things to note *NO smoking/vaping/weed in/around the property that may cause eviction or fine($300-$500 person+per night) *NO dyeing hair in the property(fine:$400~) *No screaming/yelling/loud music/partying/ruckus(in the hallway) anytime during the day&night; ($100/day/pp) •No visitors,unregistered guests during day time& quiet hours(9pm-9am)that may cause eviction and fine ($150/day/pp) *Quiet time is from 9pm from 9am Laundry hours are from 9am-8pm($30/every 30mins) *Bring your own detergents*($10/per scoop) *Camera is in the laundry room* ***please respect other tenants in the building*** •Late check-in(after 9pm): Please keep it quiet while moving in the hallway for other tenants* *PLEASE be mindful you are sharing the floor/wall with other tenants that you may hear people in and out of the building(No baby or children crying during stay please) •DO NOT disturb other tenants in the building unless emergency($50/pp/per unit) **Do not slam the front entrance especially during quiet hours** Garbage:dumpster is on the right hand side of parking lot from the entrance. More than 1 trash bag left in the unit will be fined:$10/bag or box Smoking: no weed/vipe/cigarette anywhere in the unit and the building:$200/pp/per day. Please smoke elsewhere/40ft away from the building, no littering in the yards($200) •please adjust the tub knob gently. Turning it All the way is the hottest. •Please let the host know in advance if have any visitors and make sure they leave before quiet hour, otherwise fine and eviction may occur •SA It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or dog. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent. Since 2022, both Airbnb and the Airlines no longer treat Emotional Service Animals as Service Animals. If you have an ESA, you can book a pet friendly property and pay the applicable pet fees. -We do not accept any pets in this unit in order to maintain it as allergy free for other guests. **there is no tampering with ANY electronic device including: routers, security devices, smoke detectors, HDTVs** $100/device damaged Items left behind after check-out is not the host’s or the cleaners’ responsibilities. •We do not accept/modify any changes/cancellation on your arrival day or the day before **Summer & winter construction may occur around the property during the day time***that may lead to a discconection of Wi-fi for a short time.
