Here you live centrally in a completely private apartment of 44 sqm at the top of the building with a nice view of parts of Katrineholm. You can reach the city center and train station in a few minutes. Fully-equipped kitchen, double bed and 4K TV. Netflix, Prime, coffee, tea, bed linens, towels, toiletries, private parking and fast internet are included. Milk for the coffee is in the fridge. Pets are warmly welcome. Welcome to us! The space Welcome to the nice Studio Loftvingen where you have a hat shelf and two whole closets to store clothes and equipment at your own entrance. On the left, you have the bathroom with toilet, sink, shower with large ceiling shower and soap, shampoo and conditioner. The hall then continues into the nice large open room where we have decorated with brass details and soft lovely beige colors. Open, lovely floor plan to the kitchen and the lovely social areas in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are also USB ports to easily charge your phone. In the living room, there are both Netflix and Prime, as well as 14 other basic channels such as SVT, TV3, TV4, Kanal5, etc. on a large 43-inch 4K TV. The sofa bed in the living room can be pulled out to a double bed. The sofa also has USB ports to easily charge your phone and also regular ports to charge your computer. The living room continues towards the sleeping loft which is reached with a low threshold, where there is a large nice double bed that is 180 cm wide. Here you also have USB ports for charging mobile phones and charging ports for computers in the middle of the bed. * This accommodation can easily be combined with our other two nice accommodations that are just nearby. Other things to note Please note that Studio Loftvingen is located 2.5 flights up at the top of the house. There is no elevator. We are happy to help carry bags and luggage.
