Sit on the large deck and watch the birds! Modern home sleeps 6 people. 2nd bedroom is a loft bedroom. Dock will accommodate up to a 18 ft boat. Great bass fishing on this smaller pond. Some of the many amenities include wifi, dvd player, wood stove, central air, washer/dryer, gas grill, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, spiral stairs to lower level, cable, local calling, deck facing the water and fire pit. Not only is there great sandy bottom swimming off of the dock, there are also 5 sandy beaches to use close by! Also a few minutes away from conservation trails great for hiking/snow shoeing. This little gem is tucked away from the big lake, Winnipesaukee, but only 10 minutes away if you want to be a part of that as well. You won't be disappointed.
