Welcome to our home Welcome to Valfréjus! Ideal ski resort (1550/2737) for a stay that is both sporty and relaxing! There's something for everyone! 21 m2 studio located in the heart of the resort. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access The balcony is not overlooked (north-facing) and faces Vanoise Park. The space The main room consists of a sofa bed (changed in January 2026), folding dining table to save space, 4 stools, TV. The studio has: - an entrance hallway with 2 retractable beds and storage cabinets - an open kitchen with 2-burner glass hob, double function oven (microwave/traditional), dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine. - a private shower room with toilet and washing machine. You will also have the enjoyment of a small balcony without vis-à-vis overlooking the Parc de la Vanoise. Sit quietly to enjoy the view with a good coffee! For hygienic reasons, sheets and towels are not provided. A rental service is available at an additional cost at the Tourist Office. CAUTION: Cleaning is IMPERATIVE when you leave (tidy dishes, clean floors and sanitary facilities, emptied garbage cans, duvets and pillows stored ...). The studio must be clean upon checkout. Cleaning supplies are at your disposal, a person passes between the tenants to make sure everything is ok. If you have any concerns, you will be charged €75 in addition to the reservation. However, if you wish to be relieved of the cleaning duties on your departure, a €50 service can be requested at the time of booking. For a late checkout and if possible depending on the arrival of the next tenants, you will be asked for a small supplement of €15. No pets are allowed. PLEASE NOTE that the residence is secure, so we ask you to arrive before 10 p.m. so as not to be blocked outside. Then, access is via a badge (present in the accommodation) from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. I Guest access Parking is available in the multiple free parking lots located throughout the resort as well as on the streets. The station is located: - 9 km from Modane and its TGV train station (4 hours from Paris) - shuttle from the train station to the resort (20 min) - 15 km from the Modane motorway exit (A43) - Fréjus Tunnel for quick access to Italy.
