Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants. The space The Lodge At Crown Point is set in a gated home accessed by its own private front door. The Front door leads into a modern Kitchen/Dining/Living room with bi-fold doors leading on to a private patio and garden. Downstairs also has a fully equipped utility and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and another bathroom. All rooms are underfloor heated. Secure Superfast fibre internet is included with a guest login provided on arrival. The Kitchen/Dining/Living consists of 2 sofas, smart TV with sound system, Dining Table for 2/4, and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and quartz worktops. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. Bedroom One has a king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, and a desk / dressing table. Bedroom Two has a Double size bed, large built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, and a desk / Dressing Table. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. The Lodge benefits from underfloor heating throughout with zone controls for each room. There is a 32V EV charger situated in the lodge which can be used at an additional cost. This will be charged at our kwh rate for ev charging and dependent on the charge you use ... it will be non-profit making just covering our cost and will be detailed from our ev app. 2 secure parking spaces are provided along with a remote key for the electric gates. The complimentary cold breakfast tray includes, bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, jam, butter, cereal selection, fruit, milk and orange juice. No Night Workers Guest access The Lodge is for your sole use , there are 2 small car parking spaces to the side of the Lodge Other things to note There is an EV charger that can be used at an extra charge. Charging is only permitted through this method. There is a gym with limited equipment in the garage room. We will also provide a cold breakfast tray for your enjoyment.
