A 6 bedroom, 4 bath, air conditioned home with a heated pool in beautiful Cotignac comfortably hosting up to 12 guests. Villa Libellule is a quiet destination nestled within vineyards and olive groves. The space Our beautiful 18th century 'Villa Libellule' is a perfect multi-generational retreat for families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday in Provence. The villa includes 6 bedrooms organised as follow: (Floor maps are available in the 'additional photos' folder) Ground Floor: . 2 Guest bedrooms with a large shared bathroom . 1 Kids bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 and 2 single beds. It can also be used as a playroom during the day. A shower room is available next door. First Floor: . 1 Master bedroom with an extra single bed and an ensuite bathroom . 1 Guest bedroom and an office space with a chair and a desk with an access to the ensuite bathroom Independent Studio: Attached to the main house with a separate entrance, it has a large guest bedroom with ensuite shower room. The house is perfect for up to 12 guests including kids. We provide bedsheets, towels for the bath and for the pool. Villa Libellule is conveniently located minutes aways from Cotignac's village center and two very popular wedding venues: . Chateau Nestuby (4min by car, 1.7km/1mile) . Chateau de Robernier (7min by car, 3.9km/2.5miles). It is 1h from the nearest beach and Saint-Tropez is only 1h30 away. Note that it is a family-owned house so we will not host weddings or other large events. Other things to note The pool is secured with an alarm system and a walk-in access for easy entry and exit.
