The space Our first-floor end unit makes your trip easy with the grill, hot tubs, and ski lockers steps from your door. With secure garage parking, whether you bring a car or not, you'll have a convenient location that's easy in and out. Guest access Full access to the home including parking in the covered garage for 1 car (depending on availability other cars may be accommodated), hot tubs, private ski locker, fire pit, gas grills, patio furniture, and community washer/dryers. Other things to note This large condo is perfect for your mountain escape both in the winter or summer. During the winter, we have ski lockers, hot tubs, and firepits to make for a perfect ski lodge. You can easily ski home for lunch or just a break to warm up. During the summer, Burgess Creek flows past the back deck, making an idyllic shady spot to relax and hiking the numerous trails accessed right from the home. The building is located off the Right-o-Way Ski run, which is the main Green (easy) run back to the base. There is a cat track on the right of this run when you are close to the base that you will need to take to ski back to the building. There is a sign for Storm Meadows, Brone Tree, and Kutuk. It is a flat ski trail back. Take the cat track to the end and then Kutuk is just down the stairs. For accessing the slopes, you can either go down the metal staircase and cross the street, where you can get on the snow between TBar and Slopeside Grill. It's Wrangler's Magic Carpet's beginner's area. If you prefer to avoid the stairs, walk through the Kutuk Plaza towards the hot tubs. The sidewalk will take you to the roundabout (and where you ski back in to). Cross the street and hit the slopes!
