Petrovac Riva-New Studio-Steps from the beach

This brand new studio is steps from the sandy beach and the shops and restaurants on the Petrovac Riva promenade . The studio has been completely renovated and offers everything you could need for a relaxing holiday in Petrovac. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 4 story building and has an elevator. The studio has a king size bed which sleeps 2 people. The space The apartment has WiFi throughout and 55" HD TV with 300 cable channels. The apartment has an air conditioner and beautiful sea views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is a cook top, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. All pots, pans and utensils are provided as well as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. There is a toaster, coffee pot and hot water kettle. The balcony has two chairs and a table and views over the Adriatic Sea and the Riva of Petrovac. The new bathroom has a rain shower. The nearest airports are Podgorica (45 minutes) and Tivat (1 hour). There is a public parking lot only a few steps away. Please note, we also have a 2 bedroom apartment on the same floor. If you are traveling with a larger group, please check with us for availability to rent them together. We ask that you please respect the other guests in the building and not have loud music and follow the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. The water and electricity companies in Montenegro preform maintenance works on their systems, sometimes without advance notice. If we receive advance notice of a scheduled repair work, we will let you know right away. We apologize in advance if there is a shortage of power or water while these companies finish their work, it usually lasts 1 to 2 hours and this is out of our control. Check in time is at 3 pm.
