This sweet lake house has everything for lake life fun & sleeps 10! Just 30 min from OKC & 15 min from Shawnee! It has a huge lighted deck, paddle boat, kayaks, hammock & a swing with a view! Easy to use private boat & jet ski ramp & covered boat lift & dock! Grill, enjoy a nice evening at the fire pit (firewood provided!), play cornhole/bags, sit on the outside swing and watch the sunset. Free fast wi-fi, local TV channels, smart TV, wireless smart charging, covered parking & storm shelter. The space Fall is one of the best times to come out to the lake! Enjoy coffee or a warm beverage on the back deck in the morning while you watch the mist rise off the lake. Watch the many deer visit the property to bed down or come to eat their acorn breakfast. Spend the evening telling stories around the crackling fire in the fire pit. Outside in the fall, you can still play in the water, sunbathe on the private beach area, and even swim in the quiet cove on the warm days. Feed the fishes if you like - we provide some fish food! Or you can cast a line off the dock and have some real fun (Permit required for fishing at the Twin lakes.) In the house you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms - a master with a kind bed, a queen bed guest room, and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds that have 3 twins and 1 full size futon. The living area has a new comfy couch that has a queen pullout mattress in it. Free fast wi-fi is provided, local TV channels, a smart TV in the house that you can use to access your streaming services, wireless charging stations (they double as adjustable lighted lamps!) and smart charging provided in all the bedrooms and throughout the home.
