Parking passes are included with your rental and will be delivered to the condo for your convenience (limit 2 per condo). 7. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. 8. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
