Pineland Express operates this beautiful 12 unit development in Fayetteville. All suites have complete renovations, with unique luxury touches such as custom tile work, granite counters, rainfall shower heads, LVP flooring, soft close drawers, etc. The property also boasts a gated entrance and outdoor security cameras. Each suite has a digital entrance system, smart technology thermostats, dedicated fiber internet, double soundproofing, pre-paid streaming services, full kitchens, and more! The space “Baan Thai” is our final studio suite, a loving nod to the homeland of the co-owner of Pineland. Upon entering you will be greeted with a full wall headboard mural portraying the vibrant image of Thailand’s iconic temple scene, custom designed and painted by a local artist. Our welcome package also provides basic essentials to help you transition after a day of travel. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, soft close cabinets, and all basic cookware, dishes, and utensils, as well as an in-unit laundry center. The spacious layout provides room for a king bed, dual nightstands with sconce lighting, a small desk, and a cozy daybed perfectly placed to enjoy the massive 75” TV. (Can also accomodate a 3rd guest or child.) Continuing into the bathroom an oversized walk in custom-tiled shower awaits, with a regular and rainfall shower head. This suite also features a mini walk-in closet with ample storage for our longer stay guests, as well as iron/ironing board. There's nothing lacking in this upscale suite for your short or extended stay! Guest access Guests will have private access to their own suite. Pineland consists of 6 duplex units within our gated property. This features a front gate, gravel drive access, private porches on most units, and a walking trail. Some units have pullout couches for extra sleeping space, dual vanities in the bathroom, desks for traveling professionals, outside decks, or additional seating for hosting guests.
