The space Live the beach life in Oceanside at this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, multi-level, dog-friendly escape! Along with the two cozy bedrooms, there is a bonus room with two beds, a Smart TV, and it is connected to the hallway bedroom through a Jack and Jill bathroom. Everything you need is right at your fingertips from the fully-equipped kitchen, a game of pool (friendly competition, of course!), to enjoying the breeze on the rooftop deck! Take a stroll to the infamous Oceanside Pier which is only a 7-minute walk. The prime location of this home is perfect for families who want to relish in a beautiful neighborhood but still want to be walking distance to all of the fun Oceanside has to offer! 2 Bedroom, 2 ½ Baths - Master bedroom: king bed, sleeps 2 - Second bedroom: full bed, twin sofa bed, sleeps 2 - Open loft area: full bed, twin trundle, sleeps 2 - Master bathroom (upstairs): tub, walk-in shower, double vanity - Jack and Jill bathroom (upstairs): tub/shower combo - Half bathroom (downstairs) AMENITIES - Rooftop deck with seating - BBQ on the front patio - Pool table - Fully equipped kitchen - Smart TVs - Front patio with seating - Central heating only - Dining area - Washer and dryer PARKING - Up to 2 smaller vehicles in the garage or 1 standard size vehicle. - Street parking may be available, but please abide by the posted signs along the curb. Street parking will be difficult to find. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 6 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dog(s) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the front patio and outside the front door. - There is no air conditioning in this home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are extra tower fans. - This home is not child proofed. The upstairs open loft area has a standard height railing, there are a lot of stairs throughout the home, and the rooftop deck ledge is standard height. - The fireplaces are to not be utilized. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: - If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence.
