Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and TV with DVD player. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Shared outbuilding with communal facilities including a payphone, external shower rooms, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, books, games, DVDs, and tourist information. Please note, there is no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Travel cot, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Swan offers a wonderful break to Herefordshire. Free fishing is available at Pearl Lake for anyone staying in our lodges. Rules and passes to be collected from reception. We also have an onsite restaurant, bar, putting green, BMX trails, outdoor chess, zip wire, adventure play and golf for you to enjoy during your stay. Note: Though pets should be kept on leads, there are off-lead areas within the park and lovely walks around the area.
