Other things to note Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Cameras are placed for exterior of property only. It is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. Each room of the property is inventoried. Please, use what you need and place back so the next guests can use it when they need it. You agreed to know the following fees: **PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Registered guests only. No additional people will be permitted at the property. Undisclosed visitors will result in a $200 each. ** **PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Undisclosed pet will result in a $500.00 fine. ** **Smoking is to take place outside ONLY. If you smoke inside the premises $500.00** **CARWASH ARE NOT ALLOWED. Laundry is free of charge. Laundry detergent not provided. BBQ grill uses propane. There is a tank and tools provided. Please make sure the gas is turned off when not in use and the grill must be clean after used. **Cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper check outs.
