UPKEEP AND UNEXPECTED Report any differences in cleanliness or amenities within 2 hours of entry to allow us to intervene immediately. External supplier failures (electricity, gas, water, internet), condominium works or urban noise do not depend on us, but we will always do our best to assist you and reduce the inconvenience.
