You'll be just a short walk or a quick 5-minute Uber/Lyft ride away from the lively nightlife and honky-tonks on Broadway. Mu unit is on the top level which provides no interference with noise above you and access to the most beautiful views of the Cumberland River. It's not too many steps as I use to live there, but there isn't an elevator. If you require bell hop service to help you with your bags please let me know in advance. Our condo features a king-size bed with a 12-inch Zinus Memory Foam mattress, a queen-size bed with a Memory foam mattress and a Tempurpedic mattress topper, and a super comfy queen sleeper sofa. All rooms feature blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. Cozy up by the electric fireplace or savor your morning coffee on your own private patio overlooking the tranquil waters of the Cumberland River. The unit is on the 3rd level with no elevator service. If you're interested in help with luggage in and out just let me know. I'm looking to possibly add a bellhop type service. If you have any special requests or additional needs during your stay, such as a private chef to come and cook for you or transportation services, please don't hesitate to reach out at anytime. If it is brought to my attention by the HOA that there will be a closing for any of the community amenities during your stay, I will do my very best to provide you with as much advanced notice as I can.
