These impressive cone-shaped formations were sculpted over thousands of years by wind and rain erosion, rising dramatically from the fertile plains and creating an almost otherworldly scenery. This rare geological phenomenon is perfect for photography, peaceful walks, and exploration, and it is an ideal stop while visiting famous beaches such as Balos, Elafonisi, and Falasarna. Our property is ideally located in the center of the Kissamos tourism area, making it the perfect base to explore the region’s stunning beaches and attractions. The building is brand new and fully renovated in April 2023 and is conveniently situated next to everything you may need during your holidays, including a pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance, a traditional tavern just 30 meters away, a coffee and beer shop at 40 meters, a supermarket at 50 meters, and a bus stop only 5 meters from the entrance. If you choose to rent a car, there is a public parking area next to the building where you can park free of charge. The entire building belongs to us and we rent exclusively the top floor, which offers panoramic views. As you enter the apartment, on your right you will find the comfortable living room area with a 50-inch Smart TV, and on your left a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to five guests. Next to the kitchen there is a modern bathroom with 24/7 hot water and a washing machine for your convenience. The apartment features two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress for a restful sleep. The second bedroom includes a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two guests.
