Centrally located villa in Stockholm

Centrally located villa just south of Stockholm. The house is completely renovated inside so the place is suitable for the person looking for that "little extra". The space The house has been completely renovated since 2015 and has many amenities imaginable. A little unique with the house is its two large balconies of about 40 sqm each. One is placed on the middle floor and the other upstairs (see pictures). The house is perfectly located between Mälarhöjden and Västertorp metro stations, going into Stockholm Central takes about 20-25 min. Guest access As a guest you have access to the whole house as well as the associated garden. Important to note is that there is an apartment on the ground floor that is usually rented for larger part of the year. The apartment is a completely detached part of the house so there is no connection between our residential area and the apartment. Other things to note We moved to Mälarhöjden in 2015 and have completely renovated our villa since then. Bostadsytan is about 170 sqm and spread over three levels of which hall and laundry room are the only rooms on the first floor. As we spend a lot of time at our country house just outside of Stockholm, we imagine that someone else may be interested in renting our home when we are not there. Personally, we think our home has all the amenities you might need, we ourselves set very high standards of housing. Personally, we are quite discerning when it comes to the accommodation standard so we know what you would expect as a tenant when you are on the road. Holidays are supposed to be relaxing and nothing else.
