Centrally located villa in Stockholm

Centrally located villa just south of Stockholm. The house is completely renovated inside, so the accommodation is suitable for those looking for that "little extra". The space The house has been completely renovated since 2015 and has many amenities that you can imagine. A little unique about the house are its two large balconies of about 40 sqm each. One is located on the middle floor and the other on the upper floor (see pictures). The house is perfectly located between Mälarhöjden and Västertorp subway stations, going into Stockholm Central Station takes about 20-25 minutes. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the whole house as well as the associated garden. It is important to note that there is an apartment on the ground floor that is usually rented out for most of the year. The apartment is a completely separate part of the house so there is no connection between our residential part and the apartment. Other things to note We moved to Mälarhöjden in 2015 and have completely renovated our villa since then. The living area is about 170 sqm and distributed on three floors, of which the hall and laundry room are the only rooms on the ground floor. Since we spend a lot of time at our country house just outside Stockholm, we think that someone else might be interested in renting our home when we are not there. Personally, we think that our home has all the amenities you could possibly need, we ourselves set very high demands on the standard of living. Personally, we are quite picky when it comes to housing standards, so we know what to expect as a tenant when you are on the road. Vacation should be relaxation and nothing else.
