The gate is opened electrically with a remote control. The entrance gate is 2.5 meters wide. The villa is at your complete disposal, and you can use the appliances inside for free, including the washing machine. The outdoor area of the house: private parking and garden can also be accessed by the owner to park and maintain the garden. Guest cars will then need to occupy the left side of the parking lot. Other things to note To get around easily in nearby locations, we recommend using a car. The town does not have a train station, but you can still park your car at the nearest station (Sarzana) and then visit other cities by train (La Spezia, Pisa, Lucca, Parma, Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita-Portofino, etc. can be reached in the surrounding areas by train).
