In an old Charentais farmhouse located in a hamlet, the Clos des Séguineries offers 6 charming cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of land completely enclosed with games. Located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits. The space We are a small family business and took over the Clos des Séguineries at the end of 2022. We present the AIR gîte: 120 m², air-conditioned, it can accommodate up to 6 people. You will be seduced by its design: on one side 2 cabin bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm), 1 beautiful bathroom (Italian shower) and a living room; in the center a very large living room and a beautiful space housing the 3rd bedroom (bed of 160 cm), 1 large bathroom (Italian shower) and its dressing room. Finally, a veranda - dining room - kitchen completes the whole and overlooks a beautiful terrace (40 m² - wooden garden table with benches, parasol and deckchairs), with a small garden and views of the estate. The swimming pool and a beautiful green space with games (badminton, ping-pong, swings, croquet, etc.) of 1 hectare are to be shared between the vacationers of the other cottages. Bed linens are provided. The beds are not made on arrival. A package of 105 KWh per week is included in the price. The cleaning package is optional (contact us). Other things to note The fenced and secure pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and children's swimming is under the responsibility of the parents. The cleaning fee is not included. Vacationers must properly maintain the premises and make the cottage as clean as on arrival. A deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The estuary beaches are 30 minutes away and the ocean beaches are 50 minutes away.
